The 13+ for entry to Year 9 in 2018 and onwards

Wallington County Grammar School no longer hold a 13+ Entrance Examination.
The Governors of the School do support the idea of holding a 13+ entrance examination so that we can offer places to our school at ages 11, 13 and 16. However, holding places deliberately vacant for Years 7 and 8 decreases the funding which we can direct to give our students the best possible education, and with the real terms funding reductions in education it is no longer possible to hold an 13+ entrance exam and consequently there are no plans to offer places to external students to join Wallington County Grammar School into Year 9 from 2018 onwards.
