A Level Course Availability and Minimum Entry

Wallington County Grammar School provides a selective Sixth Form, admitting students based on their GCSE, iGCSE or equivalent qualifications. We do not accept BTEC qualifications as a GCSE equivalent or GCSE Short Courses.

Please read the Admissions Arrangements document relevant to your year of entry to ensure you have the required minimum entry grades before applying to our Sixth Form. There are varying minimum entry requirements depending on whether you wish to choose 4 A Levels with the intention of dropping one at the end of Year 12, or whether you wish to study 4 A Levels for the full 2 years, or whether you wish to study 4 A Levels for 2 years plus choose in addition Further Mathematics or EPQ (the Extended Project Qualification).

Please note: Wallington County Grammar School's Sixth Form admissions will only commence from GCSE Results in August of a given year. Until then there is no opportunity to apply for a Sixth Form place as an external applicant.
